STORAGE

STORAGE provides a marketplace where independent fashion archives can list and sell their curated collections. We are not the direct seller of listed items—each seller operates independently and is responsible for their listings, pricing, and fulfilment. By accessing or using STORAGE, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

Customer Registration

Stylists, designers and students can register to rent our premium archive pieces. Buying and sourcing is available to everyone without registration.

Rentals

Rentals require an application process that must be accepted by the individual archives. Rentals are all priced at 20% of the item's full retail value and are subject to availability and approval.

Sourcing

Sourcing begins with your request. While we cannot guarantee we will locate the item, if successful, we will contact you by email. Requests are free and without obligation to purchase. If an item is not found within one month, the request will expire automatically.

Archive Authenticity

All STORAGE Archives are legally required to sell only authentic items. STORAGE implements a thorough and strict application process to ensure only reputable archives join the platform.

Customers agree to purchase items as described in the listing. They have the right to receive items that match the description and images provided. In the event of a dispute regarding authenticity or condition, STORAGE will review the issue. While sellers are responsible for their listings, STORAGE may intervene when necessary to ensure fair resolutions.

Returns and Refunds

All sales on STORAGE are final. Purchases cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is proven to be misrepresented or inauthentic and STORAGE has reviewed and approved the case.

If you believe an item is inauthentic, contact info@shopsstorage.com. STORAGE will investigate the claim and may issue a refund, impose seller penalties, or remove the seller from the platform.

Customers must review item descriptions, images, and seller policies before purchase. If a customer believes an item was misrepresented, they must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item. STORAGE will determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse.

Modifications to Terms

STORAGE reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Shipping Terms

Order Processing

Orders are processed directly by our Archives. SHIPPING TIMES ARE UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS depending on the seller's location, handling time, and courier. Archives must ship orders within 5 working days to avoid penalties.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are standardised across all Archives. You can view the location of each Archive on their individual page.

  • £10 domestic shipping
  • £25 international shipping

You'll receive tracking details via email once your item is shipped. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting STORAGE.

Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. STORAGE and its Archives are not liable for delays or extra charges caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

STORAGE is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers must contact the shipping provider directly if any issues arise.

Archives are required to ship items using tracked and insured services—especially for high-value items—and provide proof of shipment and tracking.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit and the Archive followed the correct shipping procedures, customers may be eligible for compensation based on the shipping provider's insurance.

STORAGE may assist in dispute resolution and may issue refunds when appropriate, particularly if proper shipping documentation was provided and insurance was in place.
